Boko (Kamrup) Assam - 11 March. The United Nations could not stop the war between Russia and Ukraine. Tomorrow if there is a war between India and Pakistan, the Sangh will not be able to stop it. If there is a war between China and India, there will be devastation. The United Nations cannot stop this war either. A war between two or more nuclear armed countries would be a catastrophe.
To make the world war-free, it has now become inevitable to change the constitution of the United Nations. To maintain peace in the world, there is no other way left except to modify the constitution of this organization and form a world government. Only the World Government can stop the war. Only world government can eliminate poverty, unemployment, terrorism and corruption from the whole world. It is impossible for the governments of the country to do this work.
         Shri Vishwatma said these things while training the candor of Vishwa Parivartan Mission and Voters Party International held at Boko (Kamrup), Assam. His three-day lecture is going on in the public awareness camp towards rights and duties. Today was the second day of the camp. Shri Vishwatma, the author of dozens of books on political and economic reforms and on spirituality, said that everyone knows about traditional rights and duties. But very few people have knowledge of international rights and duties.
        Shri Vishwatma said that we are living in a global era. If one country does wrong, the other country has to bear the brunt. That's why now it has become mandatory to establish governance, administration, judicial system and currency system at the world level. Shri Vishwatma, the founder of Vishwa Parivartan Mission, said that children should be taught about international rights and duties of people in universities and in schools. He said that this work is being done jointly by Vishwa Parivartan Mission and Voters Party International. But due to paucity of resources the pace is very slow.
