Lucknow, October 9 : The six-day International Mathematics Olympiad (IYMC-2022) organized by City Montessori School, Gomti Nagar Campus I will be inaugurated online tomorrow, on Monday, 10th October at 2.30 pm. Mr Rajalingam, IAS, DM, Kushinagar, shall be the Chief Guest on the occasion. On this occasion, a series of educational-cultural events shall be organised in honour of the participants from India and abroad. IYMC-2022 is being organised from 10 to 15 October 2022  online in which students from 23 countries viz Taiwan, UAE, Kazakhstan, Brazil, Indonesia, Bulgaria, China, Russia, Philippines, Bangladesh, Tajikistan, South Africa, Romania, Botswana, USA, Vietnam, Thailand, Nigeria, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Mongolia, Tunisia and India are participating.
   This international competition will see student participants compete in a variety of interesting competitions like Mathwiz, Mathmania, Numeric Jazz, Mathematical R&D and Mathematical Quintiple etc. both in individual contests as well as team events in Junior and senior category. Competitions of IYMC will commence on 11th October and conclude on 15th October with a scintillating online closing and prize distribution ceremony. These competitions will prove to be helpful in developing a global vision among the students.
