CMS All India toppers of ISC and ICSE Board Examinations take out Victory March

Cash prize worth Rs. 70 lakh to be awarded to 69 CMS students who brought laurels for Lucknow by securing marks between 99% to 99.75%
Lucknow, 15 May : City Montessori School will honour its 69 toppers with a cash prize worth Rs. 70 lakh, who in ISC and ICSE Board Examinations-2023, scored marks between 99% to 99.75% and pinned the name of Lucknow on the national map. CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi announced this prize at the 'Meritorious Students Felicitation Function' organized today at CMS Gomti Nagar Extension Campus. Speaking on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that CMS student Mohd. Aryaan Tariq will be awarded a cash prize of Rs. 2 lakh for scoring 99.75% marks in ISC Board Examination and getting top position in the country, whereas a cash prize of Rs. 1 lakh will be given to the remaining 68 students. Thus, the 69 students, for scoring marks between 99% to 99.75%, will be honoured with a cash prize of Rs. 70 lakh.
    Earlier, Chief Guest, Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, IAS, Chief Secretary, UP, inaugurated the felicitation function and honoured the All India topper students of CMS. Specially feliciated on this function were the national topper Mohd Aryaan Tariq of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I who has secured AIR 1 in ISC Board Examination with 99.75% marks, 2nd position holders with 99.50% marks Tanishq Sonkar of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus I; Arpita Singh of CMS Rajajipuram Campus I and Ayesha Khan of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I and 4 students namely, Abhideep Shikhar and Aditya Yadav of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I; Shreyasi Gupta of CMS Kanpur Road and Janhvi Mishra of CMS Mahanagar who have secured AIR 3 in ISC Board Examination with 99.25% marks. Among the ICSE Board Examination toppers felicitated on this occasion were Shreshth Mehrotra of CMS Kanpur Road Campus and Anukriti Dinesh Rai of CMS Gomti Nagar Campus I, who have secured National Rank 2 with 99.60% marks and 13 other CMS students who have secured National Rank 3 with 99.40% marks. All the 4169 topper students were specially felicitated at this honouring ceremony held today.
    Addressing the students on this occasion, the Chief Guest, Shri Durga Shanker Mishra, IAS, said that it is due to your relentless toil and hard work that you have achieved such a tremendous result and brought glory for your parents, teachers and school. You have brought  honour and fame not only to Lucknow but to the entire state of UP. He said that this function was special for all the meritorious students because they were receiving a new direction in life here and were being motivated to move forward with even greater zeal and vigour. The celebration inspiring for all the other students too.
    Earlier, the 4047 toppers of ISC and ICSE Board Exams this year who had secured marks between 90% to 99.75% took out a 'Victory March' and inspired the younger students to aim high and hit the target with their hard work and planned effort. The Victory March began at Maqdoompur Police Station, Gomti Nagar Extension and ended at CMS Gomti Nagar Campus II auditorium.
