Lucknow, 26 November : City Montessori School, Aliganj Campus I celebrated the 'Annual Parents Day' today at CMS Gomti Nagar extension auditorium in a grand fashion. The programme ceremoniously began with the lighting of the lamp by the CMS Founder, Dr Jagdish Gandhi. Addressing the gathering of parents and guardians on this occasion, Dr Gandhi said that a child’s personality proliferates in a loving and divine atmosphere at home and school. Such programmes broaden the vision and perspective of students, he said.
       At a scintillating programme organized on this occasion, students presented 'All Religion and World Peace Prayer' propagating the message of World Peace and Divine Unity, followed by a series of educational-cultural items that mesmerized the parents with their captivating talents. Wonderful presentations of Choir, Prayer Dance, Classical Dance, Aerobics, Qawwali, Yoga, Orchestra, and many more educational-cultural items won applause from the audience. Through their various presentations, the students drew the audience's attention toward the need for a 'World Parliament.'
    Senior Principal of CMS Aliganj Campus I, Mrs Jyoti Kashyap, and Principal, Mrs Shivani Singh, while appreciating students' talents, said that parents provide us the appropriate opportunity to nurture and develop the inherent skills of young students. They assured the parents that they will live up to the expectations of parents with which they send their children to school and make them good human beings besides making them excel academically.
