Lucknow, 7 September : The three-day 14th Inter-school Kids Bonanza organized by City Montessori School, Station Road Campus began today at CMS Kanpur Road auditorium with grand opening ceremony. On this occasion, CMS students presented scintillating educational-cultural items at the inaugural ceremony that kept the audience glued to their seats. The function began with the School Prayer, All Religion Prayer and World Peace Prayer, followed by Fusion Dance, Action Songs, Fairy Tale, Qawwali etc., that won accolades from the parents. Students' maternal and paternal grandparents were specially invited to the function who praised children with open heart. Children's talents appealed parents very much.
    Addressing the gathering of teachers and parents on this occasion, CMS Founder and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi said that daily life of children will be filled with new enthusiasm and zeal with this programme. Such competitive events are important for the all round development of students. He said that childhood is the time when values are instilled in the children and with these values, the new generation will decide the future course of mankind. All the contests of Kids Bonanza are especially designed to suit the age group of children.

Mrs. Deepali Gautam, while giving the details of this programme, said that various interesting competitions are being held to unleash the talents for Montessori, Nursery, KG and classes I and II students at this three-day function. Some of them are Imagica, Que Sera Sera, Lead the Way, Symphony, Createk, Folk Lore, World of Dreams, Rib Tickler, Hale and Hearty and Expressing etc. The students of over 40 schools of Lucknow are participating in the event. The interesting competitions will help children grow fully, hoped Mrs Deepali Gautam. She thanked parents for coming to encourage students and expressed gratitude to teachers and principals of the participating schools.
