Lucknow, March 26 : Founder of City Montessori School and renowned educationist, Dr Jagdish Gandhi  awarded prizes to the meritorious students of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II. On this occasion the toppers of annual examination, achievers in national and international competitive examinations and those who brought laurels in cultural activities and sports were felicitated on the stage. This honouring ceremony was conducted at a grand 'Divine Education Conference' organized today by City Montessori School, Rajendra Nagar Campus II at the auditorium of CMS Gomti Nagar extension campus.
    On this occasion, the students presented several devotional songs keeping the audience enthralled. The parents were mesmerized seeing the students perform educational-cultural items. The grandparents of the students were especially invited on the occasion and they profusely applauded the students while appreciating the efforts of CMS for doing all round development of children. Ahead of this, the programme began with the lighting the lamp ceremony.
    Principal of CMS Rajendra Nagar Campus II, Mrs Shameem Singh said that a modern school has a social responsibility on its shoulders. It aims at making every child both inwardly good and spiritual and outwardly smart and peaceful. CMS ensures that its students receive material, human and divine education to become a Total Quality Person and it is these students who will take the society towards progress in future.
